I started March at my home with flat white- (coffee beans from Guatemala ) and Hot crossed buns.

3月はイースターというキリストのお祭り復活祭がありますが、ホットクロスパンというのを食べます。そして今やロンドンでは主流の フラットホワイト。上手に入れられるようになってきました。 素敵な3月が春一番と共に皆さんに訪れますように．．．
