We are happy to report that we donated to African Vision Malawi this summer from our sales so far.

The donation will be used for two categories as follows:
- Education – helping make a better future for people. We donated for school packs with resources and curriculum for children.
- Water aid – without water people can’t do anything. For now, 36 boreholes have been installed, delivering clean water to an estimated 17,600 people. The money will be used towards fixing broken boreholes in the area.

PIANOPIANOのプロダクトをお買い上げいただいた利益の中から20％を今回アフリカンビジョン マラウイというチャリティに寄付しました。 寄付したお金がどう使われるのか透明に見えるチャリティー団体をここ数年探していました。素敵な縁があり、繋がる事ができたアフリカビジョンマラウイは、衛生、水、教育などの面のサポートをマラウイ中心部で意欲的に活動しています。
今回の寄付金の行先は二つです。
- 教育ー 子どもたちが学校で使う道具などのリソース
- 水 ー 井戸を掘リ、安全な水が飲めるようにマラウイ首都リロングウェ36箇所で井戸試掘が行われており、約17600人の人が利用できるようになったそうです。今回の寄付金はその井戸修復のために使われます。
全ての人にとってのチャレンジはサバイバルすること。生きていくために、「お金」という存在を、どういう風に循環させるといいのだろうと、PIANOPIANOのプロジェクトを進める度に考えています。 それを進められるのは支えてくれる人達がいるこそできる事です。感謝の気持ちが溢れると共に、全ての命ある物が安全な場所で生きることができますようにと願うばかりです。
